Zilenzio Invests in Environmental Product Declarations for Increased Transparency and Better Solutions
Zilenzio, a leading player in acoustic solutions, is taking further steps in its sustainability efforts by investing in third-party verified Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). The initiative marks an important step for the company in its journey to offer customers even more sustainable and circular solutions.
“When we started Zilenzio 20 years ago, our goal was to run a sustainable company, and that is still the case. For me, as a co-founder, it is natural to engage in our project of investing in EPDs. We want to create a better work environment for as many people as possible around the world, and this is another step to make it possible,” says Jenny Helldén, co-founder and owner of Zilenzio.
The purpose of this investment is to enable customers to make better decisions and to offer even more sustainable and circular solutions through improved product development and transparency in supply chains.
“By investing in EPDs, we gain more insights and accurate data that help us in our climate calculations for Zilenzio as a company and to develop our products for a more sustainable design,” says Hanna Loodin-Ek, Sustainability Manager at Zilenzio.
