New board members reinforce Reliefed's board
At Reliefed's shareholders' meeting on May 15, 2019, Tove Langlet and Henrik Otendal were elected as new members of the Board. The strengthening of the board is yet another step in the company's ambitions to grow faster in an international market with leading market actors.
Tove Langlet is a professional board member and experienced business developer in both privately owned and listed companies. She has extensive experience as a management consultant, among other things, within logistics and production, portfolio company development at IK Investment Partners, as well as from divestments and change management.
Henrik Otendal is an economist with experience of strategy and business development in a global arena. In roles as CFO, CTO and CEO in companies such as Getinge Sterilization, Sander Meson Group, Nitator etc, Henrik has, in addition to his long experience of board work, also a broad palette of knowledge in finance, M&A, controlling, HR and organizational development.
