Business Strategic Conference for Evorich Flooring Group
Last 10th August 2015, Evorich Flooring's Managing Director - Dennis Teo arranged a fruitful Business Strategic Conference hosted by Leadership Management Singapore Pte. Ltd. It took place at The Singapore Island Country Club. This activity aims to give better assistance and to update and reinvent every staff's effectiveness as a leader and boost each professional career.
This internal event was intended for all Evorich Flooring staffs to create and visualize one vision and goal for the company. It helps the company management to know what the staffs' ideal working environment and culture as well as to understand every individual goal for career improvement.
The conference also conducted activities for the staff that can enhance interdepartmental relationships and teamwork.

Overall, it was indeed a joyful and successful event for everyone. The lessons taught was indeed applicable for personal and professional development as it guides us to the right process on how everyone can attain and visualize goals. It assists every individual to develop a positive mindset and cultivate the right attitude in achieving pre-determined worthwhile measurable personal and professional goals with passion, commitment and professionalism.
