Huggies® picks up gold at Mother & Baby awards

For the fourth consecutive year, Kimberly-Clark’s Huggies® brand has been awarded the gold winner of the 2015 Disposable Nappy of the Year from the Australian Mother & Baby Magazine Awards.

Adding further excitement to the win, the brand also won silver for Huggies Cucumber and Aloe wipes.

The fourth annual Mother & Baby Magazine Awards celebrated the best baby buys in the nursery market. From cots and nappies to prams, wipes, monitors and play mats, a panel of mum’s and specialists test the products, deciding collectively on the on the gold, silver and bronze award-winners across a wide range of categories.

Products are tested in three settings: at home in real-life situations, in a retail environment and online, and assessed by the panel on quality, value for money, user-friendliness and innovation. The public are also invited to have their say and cast a vote to determine the winners for seven online categories.

The award follows an already successful year for the Baby & Child Care Sector, with other awards this year including:

  • Community Champion finalist trophy for the 2014 Hugs for Healing campaign at the Coles Supplier Gala Awards
  • The CANSTAR Blue 'Most Satisfied Customers Award' for Disposable Nappies for Snugglers Nappies

The recent award further demonstrates the success of the Huggies brand in 2015.
