The Norwegian Business Association Singapore and the Royal Norwegian Embassy are pleased to announce that the annual 2019 Norwegian Seafood Dinner is now completely sold out.
We have confirmed that three honourable chefs will be preparing culinary delights during the dinner including:
Anderson Ho: Manager Singapore Culinary National Team, Business Development Manager (Executive Chef/Airline Catering) at Snorre Food.
Geir Skeie: Bocuse d`Or Champion 2009, owner of three restaurants in Norway and the founder of a new fast food seafood concept, Pink Fish.
Stig Drageide: Executive chef at Continental Hotel and Theatercaféen in Oslo, with experience from the Grand Hyatt in Singapore, Tokyo and Zurich, and at the Park Hyatt in Chennai.
