Sound of the Nordic - Ole Edvard Antonsen and Band Live in Singapore 23 April 2015

Ole Edvard Antonsen, the Norwegian world leading trumpet soloist, is coming to Singapore 23 April 2015.

The Norwegian Embassy, NBAS and the Norwegian business community are proud to present the internationally renowned trumpet player in concert on Thursday 23 April 2015. He will be playing at the spectacularly refurbished Victoria Concert Hall in Singapore. The concert will feature Ole Edvard Antonsen and his band playing a huge repertoire from haunting classical pieces to modern jazz inspired melodies.

Antonsen has played as a soloist on the major music scenes in more than 40 countries around the world, from New York's Carnegie Hall to the Sydney Operahouse. His remarkable versatility as a musician means that he is just as much at home working with a symphony orchestra or collaborating with pop, rock or jazz musicians. Ole Edvard Antonsen has recorded more than 60 CD's in all genres. In 1994 he recorded the official Olympic Fanfare for the winter Olympics in Lillehammer.
