Practise self-care during these trying times amid the COVID-19 outbreak with tips to stimulate several acupressure points on your palm from Physician Wu, St. Gregory spa at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. 

Self- Acupressure Point Massage

Duration: 5 minutes on each palm daily, or about 100 times on each acupoint: Nei Guan (内关), He Gu (合谷) and Nei Lao Gong (内劳宫)

Massage technique: Press and release on the acupressure points

Benefits: Doing this daily will help to improve your blood circulation to limbs, and re-balancing the "qi" of inner organs
