A Culinary Tribute to Singapore: Pan Pacific Hotels Group Celebrates National Day with Local Flavours and Staycation Packages
SINGAPORE (15 July 2026) – Pan Pacific Hotels Group is inviting guests to come together and celebrate Singapore's 61st birthday with a curated collection of dining experiences and staycation offers across its Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL hotels in Singapore.
From National Day-themed cocktails and Singapore-inspired buffets to durian feasts and fireworks views, guests can enjoy a curated collection of dining and staycation experiences inspired by the city’s rich culmination of flavours and culture.
Highlights of Singapore-inspired culinary experiences and stay packages across the Group portfolio include:
- Pan Pacific Singapore presents a celebration of flavours, from commemorative cocktail creations such as Negroni Layer Cake and Chicken Rice Penicillin at PLUME, to a specially crafted Ang Ku Kueh Cake with brown sugar peanut mochi filling at the Pacific Emporium. Over at Edge restaurant, guests are invited to an extensive ‘Flavours of the Lion City’ buffet spread, where local flavours and fresh seafood take centre stage. To commemorate SG61, Edge restaurant is offering a SGD61 lunch buffet on weekdays from now till 9 August.
- From now till 31 August, Ginger restaurant at PARKROYAL on Beach Road is offering a Halal lunch buffet, which includes a complimentary Singapore Sling mocktail at SGD61 nett per adult and SGD36++ per child. For those looking to be at the heart of the celebrations, the hotel is hosting a National Day poolside BBQ party on 9 August with exclusive front-row views of the fireworks from its Wellness Floor. Guests can catch the live screening of the parade while enjoying a BBQ buffet and free-flow drinks in the backdrop of a spectacular fireworks display and vibrant poolside festivities. Tickets for the party retail at SGD138++ per adult and SGD69++ per child.
- At the garden-inspired Pan Pacific Orchard, guests can savour the Singapore-style black pepper crab at Pacific Breeze, available from 8-9 August at SGD38++. Staying guests can expect an enhanced breakfast line-up at Mosella with kaya & coconut brioches, ondeh ondeh croissants, gula melaka Danish pastries and more.
- Durian enthusiasts can head to PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay for an abundant medley of fresh and grilled durians at the hotel’s Urban Farm, alongside heritage-inspired Josper grilled dishes and a sumptuous seafood spread. - At the iconic ‘hotel in a garden’ PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, guests can feast on the ‘Taste of Singapore’ buffet at Lime Restaurant over the National Day weekend, featuring the crowd-favourite lobsterfest and other mouthwatering local delights at SGD118++ per adult and SGD59++ per child. Those looking to escape the city will appreciate a garden getaway without having to cross the border.
- Continue the National Day festivities with a staycation in the heart of the city at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road from now till 30 August. Guests can immerse themselves in the rich heritage of the Kampong Gelam precinct, which continues to thrive today, or unwind in a luxury suite overlooking Singapore's evolving skyline — a powerful reflection of the nation's journey since independence.
