Move over to the carving station and treat yourself to an assortment of meaty options including the Smoked Salt and Pink Peppercorn Dried Rubbed Roasted Beef Sirloin; Cajun Spiced Boneless Lamb Leg; and Salmon Coulibiac; and at the seafood bar, ‘fish-ionados’ can gorge on the freshest King Crab and Boston Lobster on this special day.
A festive celebration at Lime Restaurant isn’t complete without the myriad of desserts on offer. Dig into the Rainbow Cake; Deconstructed Tiramisu; or Mango Passionfruit Mousse with Torched Meringue.
