Offering up a vibrant dining experience, the new eatery is guaranteed to breathe new life into southeast Melbourne’s culinary landscape, evident from the very first moment you set foot inside its doors.
Ginger’s layout has been artfully designed around the restaurant’s open-concept kitchen – the venue’s key centrepiece. Its stylish, subtle interiors and minimalist décor including sleek, modern marbled tables and soft lighting, create the perfect relaxed ambience, no matter what the occasion.
Showcasing a European-influenced menu overlaid with traditional oriental flavours that pay homage to both the city of Melbourne and Ginger’s Southeast Asian roots, prepare your tastebuds for dishes that amply reflect the region’s rich culinary heritage with a modern twist, including traditional Malaysian Rendang served on polenta, Edamame Risotto with crispy lotus root, and to finish, Milk Tea Panna Cotta.
Featuring only the freshest local ingredients and produce for which Melbourne is so rightly proud, get ready to be tempted by delectable Australian sourced seafood including Barramundi and clams, premium Aussie beef and lamb, and homegrown Asian greens and spices, all guaranteed to create a harmonious marriage of tastes and aromas.
Ginger is set to be a gamechanger in Melbourne's rapidly expanding Southeast corridor.
