Peers agree: Everise’s culture and technology are Award-worthy

In August 2021, Everise, a technology-enabled global outsourcing firm with expertise in transforming the customer experience, took home six awards for its people-first culture, technological innovation, and business strategy. Four of those awards resulted in Everise being named Company of the Year in the 2021 Stevie International Business Awards (IBA).

Everise won Gold awards for Company of the Year and Human Resources Executive of the Year; a Silver award for the company’s Achievement in Growth; and a Bronze award for the Best Business Technology Solution.

In August, Everise also received the award for Most Innovative Tech Companies of the Year at the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES) and Most Innovative Solutions Provider from the Global Brands Magazine Awards.

Everise’s Chief People Officer, Sheena Ponnappan, has established a people-first culture at Everise, which is supported by valuable programs and a fluid strategy that saw the company easily transition to a work-from-home model, and which has seen Everise continue to grow throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

A judge for the Stevie International Business Awards remarked that Sheena’s work makes a difference, especially where inclusion and diversity are concerned. Where, “elderly people are a part of the team, and at the same time being inspirational and a source of information and value for young people. This is exceptional.”

Ponnappan said, “We work diligently to maintain our people-first culture. We strive to create better experiences daily, not only for our clients but our people — we call them Champions — equally. We have learned that diverse thinking enables innovation, which accelerates growth, and these awards are a testimony to our winning strategy.”
