Select from a bona fide selection of fresh seafood such as Ikan bakar which is a Malaysian dish of charcoal grilled fish. Ikan bakar literally means "burned fish" in the Malay language. The barbecued style fish is one of the classic local seafood dishes.

There is the Otak-otak which is a grilled fish paste made of ground fish meat mixed with tapioca  starch and spices. A specialty in Malaysia where it is traditionally served fresh, wrapped inside a banana leaf.
