Trans-Auto Strengthens Its Aftermarket Position in Finland Through the Acquisition of Konehuolto Happonen

Axel Johnson International's business group Driveline Solutions has strengthened its presence in the Finnish aftermarket through the acquisition of Konehuolto Happonen Oy by its group company Trans-Auto AB. The acquisition supports Driveline Solutions' strategy to expand its aftermarket service offering and further strengthens Trans-Auto's position in Finland.
