With its ballsy approach, A London Thing.com has reviewed London social scene for the last 1.5yrs.An has quickly become the unofficial guide to London. It specialises in off the beaten track tips, and great for when next visiting the great city. Written by the London Princess, she’s also done something which many bloggers fails to do, make it into a full time business. The London Princess gets enquiries from all over the world to write articles and blogs, and with the launch last month of the A London Thing Tote, surely it’s all starting to go to this Princesses head?

“I recently went to a seminar where a girl in her twenties had obviously been writing a fairly successful blog. She was giving advice to retailers on sending samples of their products to bloggers. She talked at length about how she has received a coat in the post for free from a retailer. She continued to complain about the state the coat was in when she received it, and how she bad mouthed the company on twitter for it. She then went on about she had to wash it and iron it before she could wear it. I was shocked at this primadonna attitude, and how she would drag a retailers name through the mud. It made me realise that I need to firmly keep my feet on the ground.”

Perhaps its this level headed perception coupled with her brutal honesty which sets this blog out from the rest.
