Bennington Green Director Receives Fellowship
Ryan Greening - who earlier this year was appointed director with the Bournemouth based Property Consultancy - has now been upgraded to a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
RICS says: “This is an honoured position; an acknowledgement of a property professional's dedication, experience and achievements. MRICS upgrading their status to FRICS will join a distinguished list of Fellows who stand out among their peers and in the eyes of business and the public, as some of the world's leading professionals.”
This move from a Member to a Fellow of RICS is in addition to his already impressive Incorporate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB) and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArbDirector).
Nigel Soloman, Bennington Green Managing Director, said: “With Ryan’s exceptional knowledge of the construction industry it comes as no surprise to us all at Bennington Green that he has been awarded this Fellowship. We are all very proud of his achievements and it just goes to prove this firm’s high calibre staff."

Background
Bennington Green was established in 1992 by Damon Green.
In August 2005, the company was acquired by Nigel Soloman, a Chartered Engineer, and Keith Kirkwood, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and Bennington Green Ltd was created. Earlier this year Bennington Green acquired the practice of Richard Neale Associates and both Richard and Damon continue to provide consultancy services to the business - and remain leading Chartered Building Surveyors in the area.
The business now has a new dynamic approach that has helped them through the recession. Despite the economic climate, Bennington Green continues to grow with new services continually being developed to reflect the changes in the marketplace.
A focused programme of expansion and growth has been implemented with a vision of building a multi-disciplined professional practice offering not only the full range of building surveying services as identified by the RICS, but also a broad range of project management, commercial management, dispute resolution and interim management services to a wide and varied range of clients in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas.
They have offices in Bournemouth, London and the Bahamas.
