Alma Property Partners hired Alexander Thams as an Associate Director for its acquisitions team. Mr. Thams began in mid-November and has six years of experience analyzing real estate transactions. His primary role at Alma will be to source and analyze real estate investment opportunities.
Alma Property Partners has hired Jacob Annehed as Partner and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Annehed brings more than 10 years of experience in financial services and private equity real estate. His primary role with Alma Property Partners will be to lead the overall group finance activities, including financing, financial controlling, tax and regulatory compliance.
Simon de Château, co-founder and former CEO of Sveafastigheter, has formed a new Nordic real estate investment management company, Alma Property Partners, together with a group of senior real estate professionals. Mr. de Château will be Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of the new company.
