His primary role with Alma Property Partners will be to lead the overall group finance activities, including financing, financial controlling, tax and regulatory compliance.
Simon de Château, co-founder and former CEO of Sveafastigheter, has formed a new Nordic real estate investment management company, Alma Property Partners, together with a group of senior real estate professionals. Mr. de Château will be Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of the new company.
