    Alma and RUBIK Properties expanded their light industrial and warehouse portfolio in Greater Copenhagen by acquiring two properties located at Baldersbækvej 8A-D in Ishøj and Hørskætten 11 in Taastrup. The properties have a total leasable area of 14,375 sqm on a total plot area of 17,545 sqm. The joint venture partners are interested in continuing to grow the portfolio.
