Balustradedesign launches modern wrought-iron style aluminium balustrade

Balustradedesign has long successfully supplied a wide range of balustrade products across multiple markets in Europe. Since the company was founded, there has been a strong focus on glass balustrades, but in recent years the product range has also been expanded to include solutions with other infill options.

The company places great emphasis on the customer and the overall buying experience, with the ambition of making a complex product simple to buy and install for almost anyone.

Balustradedesign is now taking another step towards a broader product range with the launch of Alu Retro. Built in aluminium for easy maintenance, the new balustrade combines practical durability with a style that takes inspiration from traditional wrought iron designs — now reinterpreted in a modern form.

“With Alu Retro, we have taken a classic look and transformed it into a more contemporary expression. It is now possible, even for private customers, to buy a product that previously required costly bespoke manufacturing and advanced installation,” says Luciano Masetti, Product Developer.

Alu Retro is unique in the market in that it is made accessible to consumers while still being tailored to each customer’s individual requirements. Using Balustradedesign’s 3D design and configuration tool, customers can shape the appearance and details of their solution themselves.
