Swedish balustrade specialist launches in the UK under the brand Balustradedesign
Räckesbutiken Sweden AB, a Swedish e-commerce company specialising in balustrade solutions for homes and gardens, is continuing its European expansion. The company has now launched in the United Kingdom under the new brand Balustradedesign, through the local e-commerce website www.balustradedesign.co.uk.
“We see the UK as a natural next step in our growth journey. After succeeding in 13 European markets, we have developed a model for local e-commerce with customer service in each local language — something we are now bringing to the UK,” says Björn Johansson, CEO of Räckesbutiken Sweden AB.
Balustradedesign offers British customers the same customer journey that Räckesbutiken has established across the rest of Europe: a digital design tool for creating a made-to-measure balustrade, tailored production in Sweden, and delivery directly to the customer’s door.
“We know that many customers are frustrated by balustrade solutions that are either too generic, too complicated to install or too expensive. Our offering is built around making the process simple, inspiring and reliable — from design through to installation,” says Björn Johansson.
“For us, every balustrade is unique. We want to give British customers the same opportunity to create solutions that suit their home and lifestyle, with Swedish quality and design at the core,” adds Björn Johansson.
