NEW GETSUFUMADEN: UNDYING MOON PLAYABLE CHARACTER ‘GETSU RENGE’ NOW AVAILABLE

Konami Digital Entertainment, B.V. today announced that GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon has added a new playable character in its latest free update – Getsu Renge. This major update also includes various bug fixes and balance adjustments, which can be viewed on the Steam store page.

Getsu Renge is the 21^st leader of the Getsu clan, considered the clan’s greatest female ninja and revered for her beauty and talent in battle. Selecting Renge will allow players to diversify their play styles as she allows for faster movement and more rapid attacks than Getsu Fuma. However, Renge’s agility is offset by her lower attack power and defensive capabilities compared to Fuma, so players will have to be mindful with their strategies when using her.

As GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon’s Early Access period goes on, KONAMI continues to listen to the feedback and opinions from everyone in the Steam® community, official Twitter, and official Discord server, and will continue to update GetsuFumaDen content based on the requests of the community.

About GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon:

After 1,000 years of peace, the seal to the gate of hell has been ripped open and a flood of evil spirits have been released into the world. As it stands at the brink of destruction, Getsu Fuma must take on the helm as the leader of his clan and delve into the pits of hell to rip out the evil at its core.

GetsuFumaDen features roguevania 2D action with a stunning dark fantasy world, brought to life through the stroke of traditional Japanese art. Players will descend into the Ukiyo-e style stages of the underworld while mastering an arsenal of weapons and equipment that can be paired to suit a variety of playstyles.

GetsuFumaDen features highly strategic combat based on the spacing and timing aspects unique to Japanese martial arts. Fearsome bosses and ever-changing layouts will challenge players while allowing them to grow stronger with each attempt.
