NIGHT COMES FOR VALE SANGORA - WATCH THE NEW GAME TRAILER FOR THE BLOOD OF DAWNWALKER
During this year’s Xbox Games Showcase, the Rebel Wolves pack and Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed the newest Game Trailer for the upcoming dark fantasy action RPG, The Blood of Dawnwalker. The showcase trailer also confirmed the game will release in 2026, and is now available to wishlist. The trailer also offers the first glimpse of pre-beta gameplay footage. Watch the Showcase trailer below to follow Coen - a young man turned into a Dawnwalker, human by day and vampire by night - as he comes to grips with his newly acquired abilities.
But these are not all the surprises prepared by the studio….
On June 21, Rebel Wolves will reveal even more details about The Blood of Dawnwalker during the summer solstice – a moment when the Earth’s northern hemisphere experiences the longest day of the year, while the opposite hemisphere undergoes its longest night. Shrouded in tales and myths for centuries, the solstice has been seen as a time when the veil between day and night blurs, bringing unexpected outcomes.
The Rebel Wolves pack would like to invite everyone to a special solstice livestream on June 21 at 9 PM CEST (12 PM PDT , 3 PM EDT, 4 AM+1 JST) on the /DawnwalkerGame Twitch channel. The event will reveal approximately 15 minutes of new gameplay content, accompanied by an extended developer commentary. The show will be hosted in English and will be co-streaming friendly - the studio invites everybody to join and share the experience together.
The upcoming 45-minute solstice livestream will shed more light on several key gameplay features already hinted at in the above trailer, including the directional combat system that blends swordfighting, spells, and vampiric powers. The developers will also demonstrate how players navigate Vale Sangora’s diverse locations and further explore the game world and highlight the gameplay differences between day and night, which will have a significant impact on the story and its course.

You’ll learn more about the abilities Coen gains as he becomes the Dawnwalker – a mysterious being balancing the line between the world of day and the realm of night.”
The Blood of Dawnwalker is the first chapter of Rebel Wolves’ original dark fantasy saga. Fourteenth-century Europe is engulfed in chaos – bloody wars tear the continent apart, and the Black Death claims a deadly toll. This moment of weakness is seized by a clique of powerful vampires. The time of great change is coming – for everyone.
Play as Coen – a young man who has become a Dawnwalker – a being no longer fully human, yet not entirely a vampire. With just 30 days and nights to save Coen’s family or exact bloody revenge on his sire, regardless of the consequences or the cost of Coen’s thirst for blood. But the most important question for players remains: is it worth sacrificing your humanity for the ones you love?
The Blood of Dawnwalker is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
