Press release -

Will Copa America 2011 be a question of Brazil or Argentina? Or can someone else join the party? BetClic thinks that it is very unlikely

Brazil and Argentina have dominated football in South America for a long time, but signs from South Africa last year showed that other teams in the continent are starting to prove their quality. The two football giants are still favourites with BetClic.

While Argentina and Brazil are clearly favourites at 1.90 and 3.00 respectively, they were joined in the knockout rounds by four other teams who will be hoping to lifting the trophy on the 24th July. Mexico, Paraguay, Chile and Uruguay all showed their strengths by making it to the knockout rounds of the World Cup last year.

Uruguay who were semi-finalists in South Africa showed their quality throughout the tournament and will be hoping to go even further in this year’s Copa America tournament. With stars such as Luis Suarez and Cavani they are capable of causing an upset and winning the tournament priced at 10.00 with BetClic.

While Paraguay, who impressed throughout the World Cup narrowly missing out on a semi-final appearance, are priced at an impressive 15.00 with online bookmakers BetClic.

However, Brazil and Argentina are favourites for a reason and it would certainly be a surprise if the trophy was destined for somewhere else come the 24th July.
