Vas Promotions Expand their Knowledge at London Business Event

This past weekend, direct marketing experts, Vas Promotions travelled to London for a two-day business event where Managing Director, Vasile Topciu was among a number of keynote speakers, addressing delegates.

The two-day event was held at the Park Plaza London Riverbank.Sales and marketing professionals from across the UK were invited to attend. Day one was for business owners and recruitment specialists. The conference commenced at 10 a.m. and comprised of three separate sessions. Session one brought together both business owners and recruitment specialists for a three and a half hour seminar. Delegates were addressed by five guest speakers who covered topics including;

Writing engaging ad content, creating and following a daily / weekly schedule, using computer software, headhunting, and common mistakes.

In the afternoon session, delegates were divided into two groups. The following sessions were specifically tailored to the group. Mr Topciu was in the first group comprising of business owners. The Vas Promotions Managing Director had the opportunity to hear from five guest speakers, consisting of award winners and some of the most high profile business owners in the industry. Each speaker covered a specialists topic including; having a vision, recruiting vs interviewing, how to rest and produce rapid growth, training, running effective business trips, and how to identify and develop the next rising star.

Day two was business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs only. Award-winning entrepreneur and director at Vas Promotions, Vasile Topciu was among the keynote speakers at the conference. Mr Topciu was selected to address the group of aspiring entrepreneurs, sharing his advice and experience on financial responsibility. Mr Topciu was among five guest speakers. Other topics covered include; the recruitment pipeline, how to develop and nurture the leaders of the future, how to have a great interview process and how to set the pace.

The objective of the business event was to bring together sales and marketing professionals from across the UK to provide them with advice and knowledge to help them have an incredible last financial quarter. Mr Topciu was delighted to be asked to speak at the event. “I have attended events like this since I started in the industry and having the opportunity to share my insight with aspiring entrepreneurs was really satisfying,” commented Mr Topciu.
