Intercom for individual schemes

As part of Bupa's commitment to improving our service we're changing Intercom, our secure online system for intermediaries. From 19 December 2011, Intercom will allow you to find individual health insurance prices in minutes, replacing the current 'Bupa Rates Application' quote engine.

With instant access 24/7, you'll be able to generate a price online; view your client's renewal quote, amend their level of cover and factor in new member costs.

Bupa Low Claims Bonus*
Intercom's new capabilities will make online pricing more efficient. From 1 February 2012 you'll also be able to view prices that factor in Bupa's Low Claims Bonus. This applies to the following standard schemes*:

  • BupaCare
  • LocalCare
  • Local HospitalCare
  • EssentialCare
  • Senior EssentialCare
  • SeniorCare

Don't forget to register
Once you register for Intercom you can start finding your way around the new system and experience the benefits of quicker pricing that include the Bupa Low Claims Bonus for eligible clients*.

Registering is easy. Complete the attached form for you or your colleagues and email it back tointercomsupport@bupa.com We'll send you your username and password from 19 December 2011.

Existing Intercom users
To access individual schemes as an existing Intercom user, simply complete and return the attached registration form to intercomsupport@bupa.com and we'll upgrade your account from 19 December 2011.
