World 1st DLT Laws out in Blockchain Island Malta

The Malta DLT Laws consisting of three new Acts enacted into Maltese law, that is, the Malta Digital Innovation Authority Act, Innovative Technology Arrangements and Services Act and the Virtual Finances Assets Act, provide a fully scoped legislative framework which aims to give the Blockchain sector the necessary legal tools within which our clients can operate.
