Malmö Aviation gives their managers coach-training

”When you are a manager you should always have coaching as a part of your leadership”, says Carin Aulin, HR-consultant at Malmö Aviation, ”that´s why we give every manager the opportunity to develop these skills”.

The managers at Malmö Aviation are in focus during 2011, different kinds of training is one way of focusing. ”Training in professional coaching is one of the areas the managers can chose – since coaching has a great impact on every-day leadership”, says Carin Aulin.

Alan Seale will be the Key Note Speaker at the Swedish ICF-conference in Malmö in September 2011

Alan Seale, Founder and Director of Center for Transformational Presence, will be the Key Note Speaker at the annual ICF-conference in Sweden. This year the conference will be in Malmö 2-3 of September. The City of Malmö trains HR-personnel in Coaching Supervision

Two districts in the City of Malmö will in December initiate a project for their HR-personnel. The main objective of the project is to train the HR-personnel in Coaching Supervision and it will run for about six months.

To fulfil their Vision 2015 ("15.000 proud Göingar") the municipality of Östra Göinge are running a project called "GoingeLean". A part of that project is to make their Lean-coaches certified ICF-coaches as well.
