Follow a municipality’s journey to the introduction of Zero Level support

The municipality of Järfälla in Sweden will be introducing Zero Level support to its IT organisation with the self service solution ComAround Zero™.  ComAround will be following their journey in a series of blogs.

The first blog is available now and is titled "Part 1 – A Helpful IT department in an operation facing major challenges", which is all about targets and challenges faced by the IT department at the municipality of Järfälla.
