ComAround wishes to extend its thanks to everyone present for an enjoyable evening; we particularly wish to thank all those nominated for the awards for their really good work and their high level of commitment.

The Self Service Awards is an annual award given to those companies and organisations in Sweden and Norway that have been most successful in supporting and streamlining their support work with the help of web-based self-service.
We wish to congratulate the winners who have carried out excellent support work with the aid of web-based self-help during the last year.

Here are the winners and the jury’s motivation:

Year’s Strategic Support

The jury has named as winner in the category "Year’s Strategic Support" an organisation which, with great enthusiasm and strategic thinking, has created a fast, correct and eco-friendly support setup which permeates both its own organisation and those of its collaboration partners.
Its knowledge and successful methods are generously shared with other organisations.
The combination of an effective collaboration and a high level of utilisation results in uniquely high savings per user.

The Winner of the Year’s Strategic Support is Volvia Försäkringar!

Year’s Migration

The jury has designated the winner in the category "Year’s Migration" for a well-executed user migration in connection with the transition to GroupWise.
This organisation has used self service in a wholly correct manner; it was able to harvest the fruits in the form a good resolution rate and a very high use during the migration phase.
The jury wishes to emphasise, in particular, the high Return On Investment which the migration setup facilitated.

The winner of the Year’s Migration is Borlänge Municipality!

Year’s Newcomer

The jury has designated as winner in the category "Year’s Newcomer" an organisation that has a strong conviction that Self Service is the future. It has performed a successful launch by rapidly increasing the number of active users. A successful introduction of an internal reporting system showed the way forward.
Quality and resolution rate are high when it comes to its own self-produced guides; this indicates good preparations and a pedgagogically sound setup. This winner has achieved a Return On Investment that exceeds the goals set already in the first year and which continues to develop very positively.

The Winner of the Year’s Newcomer is the Swedish National Police Board.
