The Prime Minister of Norway visited ConceptoMed today!

ConceptoMed today hosted a very interesting and pleasant meeting with the Prime Minister of Norway, Erna Solberg

We raised the question: With the healthcare worker's safety and patient safety in mind; do today's available disposable syringes and connectors fully enable healthcare providers to minimise occurrence of needlestick injuries and hospital acquired blood-borne infections?

The Prime Minister paid high attention to the demonstration of Luer-Jack™ given by CEO and Medical Doctor Christian Mide. She confirmed that the Norwegian Government has a positive attitude towards new and innovative solutions and technology to achieve better health care and increased patient safety.

The Norwegian technology is expected to play an important role both nationally and internationally for reduction of needlestick injuries and injection contamination.

“ConceptoMed illustrate how new and exciting industries will create opportunities for Norway in the future”, says Prime Minister of Norway, Erna Solberg.
