An 11-year-old girl living with diabetes has used her amazing artistic skills to draw a diabetes superhero at a national virtual event. Her design was chosen to be turned into a professional artwork and was presented to her featuring her superhero creations ‘Super Nurse’ and ‘Insulin Thief’ as an art canvas.

The UK charity Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation (DRWF) aims to improve diabetes self-management skills and is organising its first Diabetes Wellness Day for people living with all forms of diabetes in the Midlands.
