DJI Power 1000 Mini Earns TÜV SÜD Certification, Raising the Bar for Portable Power Safety and Reliability

DJI, the global leader in civilian drones and innovative camera technology, today announced at Intersolar Europe 2026 that the DJI Power 1000 Mini has received TÜV SÜD’s Compact Portable Power Station certification — the first of its kind to earn this specific certification category. The certification provides consumers with independent, third-party verification that the DJI Power 1000 Mini meets rigorous international benchmarks for safety, performance, and reliability.

A Power Station Built to Be Trusted

Launched in April this year, DJI Power 1000 Mini is DJI's most portable 1kWh power station to date, delivering 800W continuous output in a compact 11.5 kg form factor. Reliability is built into the product at every level: from LFP cells that have passed nail penetration testing, to flame-retardant materials that prevent open flames from drops and impacts, to a static pressure tolerance of up to 1 ton. After 4,000 charge cycles, the battery retains around 80% capacity — supporting up to 10 years of theoretical use with daily charging. From body structure and cell hardware to system software, the DJI Power 1000 Mini is engineered with a complete safety design that provides all-around protection in every use scenario.

What the Certification Confirms

TÜV SÜD is one of the world's most recognised independent testing and certification bodies. Earning its Compact Portable Power Station certification means the DJI Power 1000 Mini has been independently tested and verified across a comprehensive set of safety and performance criteria. Key highlights from the certification include:

• Compact Grade-LiFePO4: S — the highest LFP battery safety grade, confirming the integrity of DJI Power 1000 Mini's cell chemistry
• Useable at altitudes up to 5,000m — verified for stable operation in high-altitude outdoor and extreme environments
• Anti-seismic performance up to Richter Scale 9 — structural durability validated under severe physical stress
• AC Energy to Volume Ratio ≥ 70Wh/L — independently confirmed energy density, affirming the product's compact yet powerful design

This certification is the latest milestone in DJI's ongoing commitment to building products that consumers can rely on — verified not just by DJI's own standards, but by one of the world's most trusted certification authorities.
