New research: 2011's big 5

We've just done some consumer research taking a look back over the past year. When asked what their top concerns had been during the year, more than one in two mentioned the outlook for the British economy. 39% were most concerned about their declining monthly disposable income. Around one in five had been most concerned about job security, 15% mentioned not having a pension and 14% reflected on the breakdown in community spirit. We will be publishing full findings from this study early in the New Year. Contact us at info@elephantcommunications for more details
