elephant communications sponsors student broadcast club

As part of its rolling community investment programme, elephant communications is sponsoring a broadcast club at a local radio station for 2016.

The broadcast club at 107Meridian FM gives local school children the opportunity to prepare and run a weekly radio show, coached by station experts on media and broadcasting skills.

Rebecca Ellis-Owen Director at elephant commented: “Our community investment programme spans the arts, conservation and education as we seek to make a positive contribution to the communities where we do business. The broadcast club invests in creative and team skills of young people and gives students an invaluable insight into the media world. We are delighted to be supporting this most innovative scheme run by 107 Meridian FM.”
