Hitachi Capital Business Finance appoints elephant communications

Hitachi Capital Business Finance has retained elephant communications as it’s strategic communications adviser for 2015.

Founded in 1982, Hitachi Capital Business Finance is a leading provider of business asset finance in the transport, agriculture, construction, manufacturing and materials handling sectors, with additional expertise in block discounting and syndication services. Working through finance brokers and with vendor organisations its Business Finance products include hire purchase, operating lease and finance lease solutions. Hitachi Capital Business Finance is a division of Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC, part of Hitachi Ltd, one of the world’s largest and most respected groups.

The communications programme will comprise a combination of activities including; thought leadership, business to business communications, digital and film work. The account team of four will be led by elephant Directors Rebecca Ellis-Owen and Guy Bellamy. The appointment follows a competitive pitch featuring three other agencies.
