2020 has been a tough year for us all, and we’ve only got through it thanks to the support of you our community.

As we approach the most challenging Christmas we’ve ever faced, we were thrilled to receive a message of support from Dartford’s very own, Sir Mick Jagger. As he’s said, we are here to provide special care when adults or children living with life limited conditions in our community really need it, and we will be doing so all throughout the holidays.
