Happy New Year 2026: A message from European Consumer Claims

A reason to be

The season of renewal reminds us of why European Consumer Claims was created, ten years ago: To challenge corporate greed and fight for those who have been made to feel powerless.

We would like to thank the many thousands of people who have placed their trust in us You are our inspiration in the endless battle for consumer rights.

Our shared success

2025 saw ECC secure a tidal wave of settlements, helping hundreds reclaim funds lost to unfair timeshare and holiday park practices as well as freeing many more from restrictive and suffocating contracts.

Victory is measured in more than compensation payments: it represents mental and financial liberation for the recipients. A crushing weight lifted from their souls.
