iLINKS 2017 Presentation Sessions announced

Fortrus will be exhibiting and presenting at iLINKS Innovations 2017. This years presentation sessions cover a host of interesting and thought-provoking topics, delivered by engaging guest speakers.

The presentation sessions need to be pre-booked so if you haven't already registered to attend this year's iLINKS Innovations conference and exhibition, book now and browse the Presentation Guide selecting which presentation you would like to attend for the morning and afternoon session.

All registered delegates will be provided with an online link to pre-book their preferred presentation sessions. If you have not received this link and would like to book to attend a presentation session, please contact the iLINKS Innovations Event Team with the details as soon as possible. Places for each presentation are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

During our presentation session, we will discuss how Fortrus and The Royal Liverpool began their paperless journey in September 2015, discussing how the managed service approach adopted, ensured an agile and flexible project to enable the delivery of a fully functional live ‘Unity’ solution, just 12 months later.

The scope of the project was to develop a bespoke Paper Free Health Record that would be an organic EPR replacing and/or rationalising existing legacy systems. Fortrus has developed the bespoke software solution specifically for the trust - The Royal Paper Free Health Record (PFHR).

The PFHR will enable clinicians to access digital medical records that consist of structured and unstructured data, the scope of which enables the trust to transition from paper-based working methods to digital ways of working in line with the target date and well in advance of the move to the new Royal. The programme is managed in partnership by Fortrus and the PFHR (Paper Free Health Record) team within the Trust.
