#RLBgoingPaperFree project update

Fortrus and PFHR team at Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital continue on their journey to make Paper Free working a reality.

The bespoke software application being developed specifically for the Trust will enable clinicians to access digital medical records that consist of structured and unstructured data.

As part of the first phase of the PFHR programme, the Cardiology department are now using electronic notes throughout the In-Patient and Out-Patient areas and Clinical Pharmacology and Infectious Diseases went live last week!

Respiratory and Dermatology are the next two specialties to go-live and the project team will be supporting them 24/7 during the transition period, in advance of Unity being rolled out across the Trust in July this year.
