Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines unveils new sailings with The Arts Society for 2022-23

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has unveiled a series of new sailings for The Arts Society members as part of its brand new 2022-23 programme of cruising.

Arts Society members can choose from seven new sailings in 2022 and early 2023, setting sail to the Norwegian fjords, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and sailings closer to home around Iconic Ireland, with durations between five and 28 nights.

Each cruise will feature an accredited Arts Society lecturer, who will host a series of talks on board and accompany a selection of shore tours, plus host a private Arts Society group drinks party on board.

Members will also receive up to £200 per person free on board spend credit, to spend on board during their cruise.

Ellie Fulcher, Sales Manager for Groups and Affinity at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said:

“We are really proud of our association with The Arts Society, and are so pleased to be continuing to offer these special sailings into 2022 & 2023.

“We have a dedicated team of journey planners who handcraft each itinerary for our fleet of smaller ships, designed to celebrate the very best in culture, art, architecture and cuisine, and allowing guests to experience the ‘real’ in the destinations we visit, making Fred. Olsen the perfect partner for The Arts Society.

“These new sailings add to the five 2021 cruises already available to members for this year. We know that the absence of travel has really been felt over the past 12 months, and can’t wait to welcome members back on board with us very soon.”

Florian Schweizer, Chief Executive of The Arts Society, said:

“The Arts Society is delighted to be working with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines to offer these unique cruise holidays to our members. With a whole host of voyages to choose from, and an Arts Society accredited lecturer on board every sailing, who could resist?”

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines

At Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines we are very proud of our smaller ships – Bolette, Borealis and Balmoral - and the imaginative and unusual itineraries they allow us to offer. Every cruise is hand-crafted from scratch by our team of in-house Journey Planners to make sure you are not only visiting the best destinations, but at the best time to experience them.

For us, it’s not just about where we go but how we take you there. We put as much time into planning scenic cruising as we do in choosing the destinations themselves. On board, our Signature Experiences showcase the history, culture, nature and flavours of the destinations you’ll visit – from Treats of the Region, where you can enjoy local delicacies, to our Sky at Sea star-gazing sessions where you can relax with a hot toddy out on deck while our astronomer talks you through the night sky.

Plus, with each ship carrying 1,300 guests or less, our ships are small enough for us to offer a warm, friendly and personal service where nothing is ever too much trouble, as we visit a host of exciting ports in every corner of the globe.
