Jack Pooley, 32 from Brighton travels by Thameslink occasionally for work and to see friends. He said: "The current seats are hard - you can't be comfortable for more than five minutes, then you have to shift around. This new seat is softer, much better. The back feels like it's holding me in place. It's good. I like it!"
