Lauren Wood, a 40-year-old consultant from Haywards Heath, tried out the new Thameslink seat at London Bridge on 10.09.26. She said: "They are so much nicer, a lot nicer. It just feels a lot more padded. For longer journeys it's going to be much better. The headrest is good too."
