Hougan-ji Temple in Chikubu Island: Special Opening & Commemorative Exhibition

Kanbei Kuroda, who was a legendary strategist for Hideyoshi Toyotomi, has his origin in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture.

Many Taiga Dramas (period drama), such as "Kanbei," have filmed in Nagahama. Considering the Exhibition of Kanbei Kuroda, Hougan-ji Temple opens "ancient documents" to the public specially and introduces the historical charm of Chikubu Island, where Kanbei had believed in.
