Lesjöfors inspired students at Latvian Innovation Days

Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIDA) organises yearly Innovation Days for students. This year, Lesjöfors was one of the invited companies to speak about the importance of creativity in business life.

The Innovation Days for students took place at 14-15th October in Liepaja city, Latvia. The event is devoted to innovations as a business development engine. Experts from different business fields share their experience to young people about the way to come to ideas of being different, of being one step forward, sometimes of being a bit excentric.

Working methods for success
Managing Director of Lesjofors Springs LV, Girts Ancevskis, was invited as an expert of team building. He shared his innovative approach to team building and collaboration among departaments in an organisation.
