HAS-Vent embarks on new leadership chapter.
Lindab UK is pleased to announce a new chapter for HAS-Vent Ltd as the business continues to grow and strengthen its position within the UK ventilation and ductwork market.
Earlier this year, Pete Slater and Jon Black made the decision to retire from the business, bringing to a close an important period in HAS-Vent's history. Since leading the company's transition from the Hotchkiss Group, Pete and Jon have played a pivotal role in building HAS-Vent into the successful business it is today.
Their leadership, dedication and strategic vision were instrumental not only in establishing a strong and independent organisation, but also in ensuring the successful integration and continued development of HAS-Vent following its acquisition by Lindab UK in 2023.
As the business looks ahead, we are delighted to welcome back a familiar face. Iain Robertson has will join HAS-Vent as Interim Managing Director. Having previously led Lindab Ltd for more than 20 years, Iain's knowledge, experience and understanding of the market make him ideally placed to support the next stage of HAS-Vent's journey.
Alongside Iain's appointment, Hanny Katamneni-Patel and Patrick James will take on the roles of Joint General Managers. Together, they will play a key role in the continued development of the business, driving operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships and helping deliver HAS-Vent's ambitious plans for the future.
Lindab and HAS-Vent are excited about the future and confident that Iain's experience, together with the leadership of Hanny and Patrick, will help further strengthen the business and support its continued growth in the years ahead.
