 Lubriserv has solved operator complaints at Midlands Precision Engineering company by using new technology synthetic oil based coolant on CNC machining operations, using SINTRAL MCF 565, NEW HIGH PERFORMANCE, SYNTHETIC - LUBROCOOLANT

 The Midlands based precision enginering company was experiencing operators complaining of skin irritaion, rashes and sticky residues on the machines from the oil based coolant. They needed a coolant to provide not only high performance on a range of steels, alloys and yellow metals but also a coolant that kept the machine tools clean, had a long sump life and didnt cause any skin irritation to operators. After trialling several products from other major brands they concluded that SINTRAL MCF 565 from Lubriserv Ltd was the only metalworking coolant that met all the criteria.

The coolant is not like other synthetic products which can dry the slideways, give minimal lubrication and can be harsh to the skin - it is a 'LUBROCOOLANT' working as a water miscible synthetic oil. The appearance is milky - just as an oil based coolant and it still provides all the lubrication required for machining operations and for the machine tool itself.
