Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG, a leading independent and integrated energy company, has executed an agreement with Oiltanking GmbH to acquire their 100% stake in the Oiltanking Copenhagen terminal.

Reza Adami will assume role of managing director of Oiltanking Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG and Oiltanking Hungary Kft on 1st January 2023. He succeeds Sven Thiessen, who will leave the company after more than 10 years. Martin Olszewski assumed the role of managing director of Oiltanking Waltershof GmbH & Co. KG on 1st December 2022.
