Goodman celebrates new-look at Arlington Square, Bracknell

The company has launched a campaign under the banner “find yourself in a better space”, which complements the aesthetic improvements to the park and is aimed at attracting new occupiers.

Around 70 commercial property agents from the region’s business community joined representatives from Goodman to celebrate the revamp of Three Arlington Square, one of four buildings on the park.

Arlington Square Business Park is already home to a range of market leading companies, including Novell, GMAC, Futitsu and Honeywell and Goodman anticipates the enhancement to Three Arlington Square will re-affirm the park’s status as the region’s leading business location, while driving renewed occupier interest..

James Raven, Development Director at Goodman, said: “Providing the highest quality workspace is at the heart of Goodman’s approach to customer service. As a company, we are always looking to develop and improve our office stock, which is a key factor in attracting new occupiers to our business parks.”
Arlington Square, Bracknell is a 22 acre urban business park adjacent to Bracknell town centre. Its location offers access to the town centre and railway station within five minutes walk and the M4 within less than five minutes drive.
Originally designed to reflect the proportions of Mayfair's St James Square, the Park has been extensively landscaped to provide an environment of unrivalled quality.  The 22-acre site features award-winning landscaping, with a range of water features, walkways, planting and seated areas.
The Park has the ability to accommodate requirements from 5,000 sq ft with purpose built opportunities of up to 67,000 sq ft available.
