Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG has signed an agreement for the sale of the Energy Distribution business areas in the two companies Lipps Energie GmbH und Uhlenbruck Energie GmbH & Co. KG to Rheinland energie team GmbH & Co. KG with effect from 1st December 2023. The transaction is subject to necessary authority approvals.
Mabanaft plans to sell its shares in OIL! Tankstellen GmbH to the Prax Group. Under the agreement, Prax takes over/acquires approx. 340 service stations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Denmark, subject to necessary authority approvals.
