Appeal following assault in Liverpool city centre

We are appealing for information following a report of an assault in Liverpool city centre in the early hours of Monday (21 January 2019).

A report was received just after 1.10am stating three men had assaulted three members of door staff near The Liffey bar.

Two of the victims sustained cuts and swelling to his face. They did not require medical treatment.

The offenders are described as white with Irish accents and enquiries are ongoing to identify them.

Witnesses have been spoken to and CCTV opportunities are being explored.
